Talib Ibrahim Mohammed is a qualified Merchant Navy Officer and a Maritime Consultant. Talib is an Alma Mater of both the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (Egypt) for undergraduate studies and Postgraduate studies graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Maritime Transport specialising in Nautical Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Operation of Ship and Marine Safety. He is also an Alumnus of the World Maritime University where he graduated with an MSc degree in Maritime affairs specialising in Maritime Education and Training. Talib is an established Marine Surveyor and Admiralty Court Appraiser for Judicial Sale of vessels with a Survey career spanning over 7 years in varying designations in the maritime Industry. With a deep understanding of surveying principles, techniques and equipment, in addition to a string background in maritime legislations and regulations, he has completed a wide range of marine surveys and audits for different clients. His speciality covers large commercial vessels to small pleasure crafts. Talib a Fellow of the Association of Maritime Practitioners - Kenya (AMP-K) And the present is the AMP-K Vice President – Nautical.
